Welcome to “Bandeko na biso”, a family foundation dedicated to empowering Congolese youth through education and digitalization. Our foundation was created by the Croonenberghs family with the goal of generating a positive impact in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) by providing access to quality education and digital resources.

About us

Our History

As a privileged family, we strongly believe in giving back to society.

Having the chance to run a successful business in the DRC, the family of the main shareholders, fam Croonenberghs, has decided to strengthen the link between the DRC and Belgium.

This will be done by investing in the youth, our brothers, who will be able to benefit from different educational programs, with a strong focus on digital.
We are convinced that technology is a perfect tool for this mission, as there are no borders in the digital landscape.
Hence the creation of “Bandeko Na Biso Ba Congolais”.

“The educational game developed by TEXAF Bilembo in collaboration with the Foundation was a fun and engaging way to learn about protecting forests and their inhabitants. As a teacher, I was able to use the game as a teaching tool to teach my students about environmental conservation. I think this game can reach a wider audience and have a greater impact than physical lessons alone.”
